hardiness zone for growing peaches

I wanted to grow peaches in eastern Chikaming township at a community garden. at Chikaming Township Park and Preserve. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.8373365,-86.6474582,16z is the exact location A friend who is a master gardener, was concerned the location might be outside the "fruit belt" or too cold. Is this location suitable, or marginal? arthur Anderson

I think it is fair to say that peaches are one of the more challenged fruits to grow in our general area. But it can be done. Here is some great information about growing peaches.
