Buckthorn ?

I have these two kinds of trees on my land. Are they both bad buckthorns?

Both appear to be buckthorn.

Common buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica)--leaves slightly toothed

Alder buckthorn (Frangula alnus)--leaf edges smooth

Both are invasive.
