How do we know whether we are dealing with potentially carcinogenic smoke and ash?
During 9/11 and the Oakland/Berkeley fire in the 80's, we learned later that the smoke, ash, etc., were full of carcinogens. Are there parts of Oregon where this is a concern?
(Never mind, you wonderful people--I found a report in the paper).
