What kind of dogwood is this?

Hi, I saw this bush over in Centennial Lakes (Edina). It has small leave, white berries, and red stems. I don't recall how tall it was... likely around 4 feet.

Do you know what kind of dogwood this is?

The dogwood in your photo is a red twig dogwood. There are numerous varieties.
