Please tell me what kind of flowers these are? Are they Phlox? Thanks. Fred

You are correct! This is tall garden phlox (Phlox paniculata). There are many cultivars of garden phlox so I can't give you a definitive ID but this may be P. p. 'Laura". I've grown it myself. Tall phlox is a great plant for garden beds. The flowers can last for weeks and add so much color to your landscape.
