What is this beautiful flower, please?

This has been blooming in the neighbors yard for literally weeks. I’m not sure what it is but it even seems to grow in the shade.

These are called spider flowers (Cleome sp.). There are different species and cultivated varieties, but in general they are annual flowers that are relatively easy to grow from seeds.
