Cutting recipe in half

l am canning salsa from a NCHFP recipe. The expected yield is 13 - 15 pints. Too many for me. Can I safely cut this in half as long as the proportions are the same. Thanks

Hi Yes you may cut a recipe in half, please double and triple check your measurements to make sure you have accurately measured. Enjoy! Lisa
