Rhododendron Diagnosis

Should I be worried about what I am seeing? If so, is there anything that can/should be done? Thanks.

The white stippling on leaf upper side and dark tar spots underneath indicate lace bugs are causing the damage. Cultural controls include providing optimum growing conditions to reduce plant stress and hosing off leaf undersides regularly. The PNW Handbook gives information about the insects, resistant cultivars, and provides a link to chemical control options. https://pnwhandbooks.org/insect/hort/landscape/hosts-pests-landscape-plants/azalea-rhododendron-azalea-rhododendron-lace-bug
