I would like to plant a hydranga (tree form). The location where I would like to plant it gets sun from 10:30am-2:30pm. Will this work? Thanks

My guess is that that is enough, as long as the plant is not in deep shade the rest of the day. Hydrangea paniculata can endure part sun conditions, but it may not bloom as prolifically. Read here:
