Do you offer any courses like those at https://afs.ca.uky.edu/meats/meat-science-extension In particular I'm interested in how to make a country ham. I would pay to have someone walk me through the process.

Currently, MSU Extension does not have a meat cutting school. Dr. Jeannine Schweihofer has provided the following links for meat cutting school:
