There are two weeds in this garden. What are they?

Hennepin County Minnesota

The broadleaf weed is Carpetweed. If the soil is moist you can pull it. You can use a weed killer that works on Carpetweed. In either case do it before it flowers because it spreads by seed.

The grass could be a couple of things, but it is young so it is hard to tell. Most likely it is crabgrass, but foxtail is possible. Need a better view of the collar where the blade meets the stem. At any rate, you can dig it up or use a post emergent crabgrass killer. Be sure to follow the instructions to the letter if you use a herbicide.

BTW, there are a couple of apps that do a good job identifying plants: PlantNet, iNaturalist, and PictureThis. The first two are free.
