Bamboo

Hi - This is a running-type bamboo, and likely a Phyllostachys species. There are two common species in this genus, golden bamboo (Phyllostachys aurea) and yellow groove bamboo (Phyllostachys aureosulcata), both of which are invasive species in Maryland and are regulated by the Maryland Department of Agriculture. https://mda.maryland.gov/plants-pests/Pages/maryland_invasive_plants_prevention_and_control.aspx
We cannot and do not recommend selling these. You would need to get a permit from MDA to sell plants commercially. Running bamboos are very problematic in home landscapes. We often receive requests on how to get rid of these -- and it is very difficult to remove established plantings. Here is our fact sheet on bamboos, including control options. https://extension.umd.edu/sites/extension.umd.edu/files/_docs/programs/hgic/HGIC_Pubs/Weeds/HG28%20Bamboo_2018.pdf
