Mock Orange

I submitted a question earlier about moving my M.O. last fall to a sunny location and that it is very healthy has not blossomed. I have not given it plant food. Would like your expertise. Pics. below. Thank you!

If you just moved it last fall it will take at least a growing season to recover from the transplant. This summer it has been putting all of its energy into rebuilding its root system. This is pretty normal for trees when they've been transplanted. I would expect that you should see flowers next year. Applying mulch around the base of your shrub should be more than enough for extra soil nutrients.
