The leaves aredried fluid very shiny almost like plastic very sticky and imbeded arevery small white (like a mosquito ) in the dried fluid very very sticky leaves are very shiny and almost all of the tree is covered I have other fruit trees and not touched I have in the past growen a lot of cots (over a hundred trees ) and have never seen this I live in the Okanagan valley in British Columbia just a retired old man Mike
