What is eating all my leaves on my rose bush

What is eating my leaves on my rose bush it be stripped nothing is left on them but the bloom what can I use to get rid of them ?

I can only guess as to what is eating the vegetative portion of your roses without seeing the insect.

Right now, Japanese beetles are hitting roses pretty hard. We also have lacewings and aphids but they don't eat the leaf; the leaves only turn off color and then brown.

Assuming it is Japanese beetles- I would recommend neem oil as an organic option. Pyrethrin insecticide would be a conventional option.

Always follow the label instructions for proper use.
