Fermented whole grain mustard seed
In making fermebted whole seed mustard, do the seeds need to be cracked for fermentation to take place or can I leave them all or most whole?

Great question. I am sorry to tell you that we do not have a validated recipe or formulation for the safe fermentation of mustard seeds, so I am unable to give you any recommendations for this process.
