Black Hills Spruce brown tips

Our neighborhood has Black Hills spuce tree that have brown tips on all brances. What is this and can it be treated. Thank you, jim moore rochester mn

We can't diagnose the problem by viewing the photos. However, based upon what we can see, the tree may be affected by tip blight. Please consider the following and see what you think:

For a certain diagnosis we recommend asking a forester or certified arborist to evaluate the trees' condition onsite. Or prepare and send samples of the affected stems to the University of Minnesota Plant Disease Clinic.
