Butterflies
I am growing lots of pollinator plants, natives, and host plants for larvae but have seen
very few caterpillars or butterflies so far this year either in my garden or in a public pollinator garden
at a park. Is July 5 too early to expect to see more butterflies? Are they later than normal in Md. ?

You are not the only one noticing, we have at least three of this question today.
The good news is that it's still a little early. We get these questions annually in early July, but then they arrive and make everyone happy!
Just keep an eye out. It should be soon.
