Clopyralid in soil

Asked July 2, 2020, 4:33 PM EDT

I just had my organic garden filled with a local "organic soil". I found out through my neighbors that it had been reported to have Clopyralid in it, so I had it tested. sure enough, it was tested to have 0.740 ug/kg in the sample. My question to you is: Is this soil safe to be eating the vegetables grown in it. (I try to eat organic only and am chemical sensitive.) And if not, then how long will it take to have the chemical break down into none, or a safe amount. Thanks for your quick response. Rose
