Lichen on tree trunks are not harmful to the tree. See: https://extension.umn.edu/trees-and-shrubs/non-harmful-tree-conditions The yellowing leaves with green vein could be iron chlorosis. See: http://apps.extension.umn.edu/garden/diagnose/plant/deciduous/maple/leaveswhite.html There is also a leaf spot disease happening. Most likely it is anthracnose. See: https://extension.umn.edu/plant-diseases/anthracnose-trees-and-shrubs With all that is going on you may want to have an onsite assessment by a Tree Care professional. They can help with recommended treatments. See: https://extension.umn.edu/planting-and-growing-guides/how-hire-tree-care-professional
