Why are my day lilies getting brown at bottom leaves

It has been a wet year so diseases have been happily thriving in the garden.
We see both daylily leaf streak (disease) which has become fairly common, and a small amount of leaf miner damage, which are the squiggly lines running on some leaves. You can just pull out the most affected leaves and throw them away, and when flowers are finished cut the whole thing back. They will take a break and then flush out fresh new leaves.
