Hello, I cannot identify this bug specifically except to say that it is in the order hemiptera, suborder heteroptera, a true bug of some type. This in the photo are in a late nymph stage and will soon become adults. The nymph and adult stages pierce plant tissues and feed on the plant fluids. There are many beneficial true bugs that prey on other insects but my suspicion, based on the number is that these are not beneficial. It makes sense that they are plant feeders and may be feeding on your plants.
