Is this skunk cabbage?
I found this plant alongside my swamp.
There seems to be only one of them - and I ddin't plant it!
I apologize for the "rif-raf" in the photo, but I'm questioning the identity of the large leafed plant.
It has recently developed the flower spike, but the spike is still quite "tight".
Thanks for your help.

Thank you for writing.
This could be a couple things. Pick off about 2 inches of stem with their leaves and shoot a picture with the whole leaf(es) laid out flat.
Thank you for writing back.
