Bush Identification

Asked June 19, 2020, 9:53 AM EDT

Thank for the info but this is not Baptesia or Blue False Indigo. I have attached better pictures. This plant does very small flowers but a 6 to 10 inch seed pod that appears to be blue. It does grow in full sun in a wet area. It spreads like crazy because of its many seeds. It grows 6 ft high and 4 ft wide.

Looks like this is called Amorpha fructosa. False indigo or Indigo bush. Here is some more information on this southern US native plant which has been described as somewhat invasive. http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?taxonid=280343
