Arbor Vitae

I have a row of arbor vitae that are yellowing from the branch out.. I believe they have sufficient water, light and are clean of debris buildup.

The canopy of the plants looks green and healthy. The photo of the branch section does show some brown leaves but this would not be that unusual. Leaves that become shaded will tend to do that. Feel free to write back with further detail, but just based on these photos I would not assume there is a problem.
