I have tiny holes in my tomato plants

I have these tiny little holes in my tomato plants. A friend told me they were flea beetles, however I haven't seen any on the plants or in the beds. Do you know what is causing the holes? Thank you.

Hi- yes, the holes are consistent with flea beetle feeding. No need for action based on the health of the plants and minimal injury:
