Hello,
This bush or small tree is a Kousa dogwood (Cornus kousa) also known as a Japanese dogwood. I’m attaching a description of the plant from the Missouri Botanical Garden. https://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?kempercode=j910

Thank you for your question
