Linden leaf curling
Do you have any idea what could be causing this curling? There are several lindens on a the property and this is the only one that looks like this. It is not near a farmer's field nor any other specific pollutant.

Is there any damage to the tree trunk or signs of insects on the tree such as mites or aphids?
There are no insects noticeable.
Is there a sticky substance or shine to the leaves at all?
No sticky/shiny residue
