Raspberries

I have raspberry plants that c[me up every year in my rocks. They are beautiful but never produce anything I cut them back to get them out of my way and they are back still beautiful but no flowers or fruit

I would need a picture to see if they are raspberry plants. If you cut them back every year, they will not bloom. Coming up in the rocks, they may need nutrients. I am attaching a link about raspberries and how to grow them.

If you would like to send a picture so I can ID the plant I will be happy to email you back with detailed instructions. Also I would need to know what type of soil they are coming up in and if you irrigate the area.
