Do you mean epipactus helleborine? The weedy orchid? As you know, this is a difficult one to control. My first piece of advice is to make sure the flower does not go to seed, remove all the flowers before tackling the foliage. Hand digging is work intensive and needs to be thorough making sure to get all the root pieces. Glyphosate has not been very effective and if you choose to use a chemical read and follow all label directions. A product with 2,4-D may give better results but will likely have to be applied more than once. After application leave the plant alone for 2-3 weeks to allow the pesticide to get into the roots as far as possible. Then you could apply again. When you remove the upper browning leaves try taking the roots too. And good luck, it is very tenacious!
