What's wrong with my Maple trees?

Several Maple trees on my property are dropping their leaves. The leaves are partially black. What should I do?

Your maple leaves appear to be infected with the common fungal disease anthracnose. There isn't much that can be done to prevent this disease, but it seldom causes serious problems.
