Wilted basil?

My green basil is wilting but not the purple... any idea why this may be? Any solutions?

Thank you for your question. The green basil in the picture does not seem to show any significant wilt. The curling under of the leaves could be just the variety; however, it could be the first signs of fusarium wilt. Overwatering basil can cause wilting and curling under. The soil in the picture appears to be wet. Root rot can also be a problem. Different varieties can have show different sensitivities to diseases and cultural problems. Don't forget about pests. Take a look at the backside of the leaves ( a 10X eyepiece will help) for nay unwanted critters. Check out the following links:
