Thank you for your question. I believe your plant is infested with a sawfly. There are two types, and the Monophadnoides rubi seems the most probable based on the feeding pattern (holes). First, do some investigation to find the eggs and larvae. Then follow the container directions for application. Using them during rains is probably a waste. Hope this is helpful. Good luck!
