Pear Tree Problem

Hi, I have several fruit trees in my yard. I noticed that one of the pears has black spots on the majority of it's leaves. It almost looks powdery but it doesn't wipe off. I have attached a couple of pictures. The other trees (apples, plum, and cherry) do not have it. Thank you in advance for your advice!

Looks like you have two different problems. The white powdery stuff is a fungal called powdery mildew. Overall it may not be a big problem. You can read about that here:
The more disfiguring problem on the leaves is an insect, well, a mite, call pear rust mite. You can read about that here:
