Keeping pigs/hogs next to neighbors home

Title says it all, neighbor has brought in pigs to raise that are in a old chicken coop just out side my bedroom window within 100 ft. Of my house, I contacted him an he said it’s his rights, all I said back was what of my rights? Trouble is brewing here, he is a felon too
