Aged vs composted manure
Is it safe to plant vegetables in aged llama manure that's not fully composted? Concern is for bacteria and food safety--not for the plants, themselves.
Thank you in advance

Thank you for your question. Here is a comprehensive Extension article on the topic: https://extension.oregonstate.edu/news/turn-manure-compost-your-garden Hope this is helpful. Good luck!
Thank you. Unfortunately this article did not address my question. I didn't see any information on aged vs. composted manure, nor on potential food safety concerns if the manure is not fully composted. Do you know where I might be able to find this information? Thanks again for your help.
How about this? http://soiltest.uconn.edu/documents/foodsafetycompostfactsheet6-14.pdf
