Please tell me if April 10 is too late to transplant rhubarb. Also, what the best way and the best time to split a plant/root? Thanks!

Rhubarb can be transplanted as soon as the soil can be worked in the spring. You can transplant now. The crown buds should be covered with 1-2 inches of soil.
