Worms in eggs are generally from intestinal worms that migrate from the intestines to the reproductive tract. Treat the birds for worms, piperazine or Wazine are good wormers; follow the instructions. Discard the eggs for about 2 weeks after worming. The current eggs are probably ok, not very appetizing. Probably best to discard.
