Sluggo and EDTA

Asked March 16, 2020, 4:12 PM EDT

Hi, I am wondering if the popular iron phosphate slug bait brands like Sluggo contain EDTA. They list their active ingredient as only iron phoshate 1% by weight but do not disclose the other 99% of ingredient weight. I have contacted Neudorff North America (Neudorff is the manufacturer of Sluggo and other slug bait brands) but they said they could not disclose any ingredients in Sluggo besides iron phosphate. Some people say that Sluggo would likely not be effective if it didn't contain EDTA, therefore it likely does contain it. Do you have any information on the other ingredients in Sluggo or knowledge of whether or not it does contain EDTA?
