Saga Palm Yellowing
I live in Texas, and I did cover my Saga palm for the freezes, but I still have Yellow leaves, is Feb to early to cut it back?
Collin County Texas
It's not going to hurt the plant to remove the damaged fronts (assuming you're not removing more than about half of the total foliage). However, if the individual fronds just have some damage (still a substantial amount of green healthy tissue) as they often do, you might consider leaving them on for a while. Any healthy tissue will continue to photosynthesize and feed the plant.
Hope this helps!
