ID please, nest between window

Hi there, My husband found this nesting structure between the sill of our basement window. Any help in ID would be greatly appreciated!

Female mud daubers are solitary, beneficial wasps that construct small nests that are made of mud. These wasps are long and slender with a narrow waist. Species are solid steel blue or black but others also have yellow markings. Mud daubers are beneficial wasps that prey on many species of spiders.
