Invasive vine

Can you verify this plant as Black Swallow Wort by only looking at the very old vine/trunk? Could be 15+ years old. Vegetation attached yields elongated pods similar to milkweed.

This photo is not consistent with black swallow wort as that plant is an herbaceous vine, so it would not be woody or as large as the vine in the photo.

It could be something like trumpet creeper (Campsis radicans) which does produce long skinny pods, but I'm not 100% sure.
