Can I still plant Crimson clover in the Alsea area as a cover crop this time of year? Thank you Allan Rack

Hello, typically you want to play clover early enough so that the stand is established at least 6 weeks before the first frost to prevent frost damage and winter-kill. Usually October 1 is the cut off but if you have a well drained area you might be OK to try and establish a good crop now.
