New kind of Moss?
It looks like a clubmoss, possibly bog clubmoss Lycopodiella inundata (https://www.dnr.wa.gov/publications/amp_nh_lyin2.pdf?hkhyxx) or alpine firmoss Huperzia continentalis . http://biology.burke.washington.edu/herbarium/imagecollection/browse.php?Family=Lycopodiaceae
