Milkweed, butterflies, and bees
Hi - I live in Bridgwater Township, Washtenaw County on 20 acres - 5 acres of forest, 5 acres of lawn, house and barn and about 10 acres of farming. The soil is heavy clay. How do I turn it back to nature to use. I have thought about planting milkweed for the monarch. I don't know much about this process, but I do know that I don't like roundup and lack of cover crops. Please advise on how to start and learn.
