Preserving yellow squash
The only researched based recipes we have for canning yellow squash as well as zucchini squash is to mix it with tomatoes. There is also recipes for using it to make zucchini pineapple and you can use it to make pickles and relishes. It does freeze pretty well if you blanch it and then freeze it.
