Are there any flowers that could be planted that the deer won't bother? My choice to plant was gladiolas but not going to the trouble if the deer are going to eat them. Looking for suggestions. Thank you.

No plant is entirely 'deer resistant' without proper fencing and/or deterrents. Plant selection depends upon what conditions your site is, i.e. is is full sun or shade or part-sun? Does it get enough moisture or not so much?
