Potato Question and Zucchini Question

We have a client who is having an issue with her potato plant. It is a healthy plant that is being eaten while it is still in the ground. When she harvests, it has been eaten. Also, she is having issues with her zucchini plant and possible fungus. Melissa Franklin MSU Extension, Van Buren

It look like your clients potatoes are damaged by voles.

It looks like powdery mildew on the zucchini leaves.
