Peach tree questions

Hi there! I am looking to grow a peach tree from a one year tree, training it in a fan. I live in gaithersburg and would grow it by a south facing wall at the top of a very small (~4ft) and slight slope. I am wondering if you have any recommendations for varieties that grow well in this area? How many chill hours do we get, and how to you know what start and end dates to use for those online calculators? Any other factors I need to consider?

Two caveats: we don't have specific information on which cultivars might perform best when fan-trained; peach is one of the more insect and disease-prone fruit trees one can grow.

Peach cultivars require 650-850 chilling hours, although the range is wide:
