Unknown Plant Near Vines

Is this plant the base of a vine? We have several vines growing and I have asked for your help to identify them. This plant has red stems like some of the vines. This plant is partially behind a shed. I cannot tell if it is the base of some of the vines growing on our fence. We plan to remove all plants from yard to make raised garden beds. Is this plant harmful to people? Thank you for your assistance.

This is not part of your vines.
This is a plant called pokeweed. It is a perennial native plant that makes beautiful drupes of purple berries that songbirds (and other wildlife) love to eat, which is how they get 'planted/deposited' all over.
